RE: Disclaimer for outgoing messages ~Miriam Deslumarflar 26.Aug.03 03:26 AM a Web browser Domino Server 6.0.2 CF1Windows NT
Johnny,
Many thanks for the useful link. However, the method is unsuitable to our situation. The method requires to send messages in Notes Rich Text format. We have to send messages in MIME format because of html and sometimes Chinese contents.
Understand Trendmicro Scanmail antivirus is able to add a disclaimer but we are using Norton Antivirus/Filtering for Domino. It also has a built-in feature of adding a disclaimer but all messages must be sent in Notes Rich Text format and it is unreliable.
It appears to me that both Lotus Notes and AntiVirus programs themselves are not very serious to offer this feature. Is there any other ways to have the feature of adding a disclaimer properly, i.e., plug-in module?
